The 7th Swim in the North Channel Challenge took place this morning at 08-00h. As you can see from the picture it was a frosty start but the sun was shining and all was well. Water temp 6.5 degrees Celsius. Distance swam 1050m. Total distance to date is 40 lengths with only another 126 lengths remaining. It does not get any easier but a great way to begin the week.
