The 14th swim of the North Channel Challenge took place at Lake 86 this morning.
Conditions were windy and causing the water to be very choppy in places.
The water Temp was 12.56 degrees. In addition the summer course was fully open allowing a long straight swim.
The sun did shine occasionally but it was mostly overcast.
This is what we in the swimming 'know' would call a solid swim.
We are half way through the challenge with only a mere 10.59 miles to the finish line.
Congratulations to all.
