Ginger & Amber Fingertoe
The annual Triathlon event took place yesterday.
It began with a swim of 1000m at Cotswold water park Lake 86. A beautiful warm sunny morning. After the swim the participants were treated to an Open Water Cookie Cake which tasted wonderful. A big thanks to 'e' for baking duties!
The next venue was Carterton were a 2 mile run took place again in glorious sunshine.
The final activity was a squash match which was a serious contest as it was part of the first round of the Grammy's. Tina Turner v Kate Bush. Tina took the match finishing off a wonderful morning of challenges.
The Annual Triathlon is a celebration and began on a certain persons significant birthday. 'She who shall not be named!!!!' It has now become an annual event and is greatly anticipated each year.
A wonderful Morning and another wonderful achievement.
